The face that makes me melt every day

While we lump "the girls" together as a unit pretty often, the two of them continue to be as different as 2 kids can be.  It continues to amaze me that 2 kids that came from the same place at the same time can be so different.  We really scored getting two totally different, but equally awesome kids.

Here is our little Tigibear at 9 months old:

Weight: 21lbs, 6.5oz - 86th percentile

Height: 2' 5" - 90th percentile

She has 7 very sharp teeth with a gap in her top teeth like her mommy.  Hers is cuter than her mom's.

Favorite Food: green beans, peas, milk, avocado pieces

Least Favorite Food: yogurt, cereal, mashed bananas, mashed avocado, sweet potatoes, anything slimy or new.

Favorite activities: Cuddling, watching people, laughing at Malachy, trying to keep Lailah awake.

Cuddly and Cozy

Best described as the easiest baby ever.  She is happy doing whatever you have her doing.  She is very amiable and it just happy to be with her family.

Tegan thinks that Malachy and Lailah are the funnest people in the world and laughs at them all the time.  She always looks dreamy or serious in her pictures, but she is a very smiley and happy baby in person.

She loves to try to talk to her her sister and keep her awake when they should be sleeping.  She loves to stick her fingers in your mouth or nose when you are trying to get her ready to sleep.  She is very good at getting you to play with her when she should be getting ready for bed.

While she can move, she is more than happy to sit in one place and play with her toys.  She is particularly fond of sitting in one place on your lap or cuddling.  She is the best cuddler ever and often lays her head on you while you are holding her.  It pretty much makes your heart melt every time.

She is a great talker and mimicer.  She says mama, dada, ball and more.  She also signs for food, milk, more, ball and claps yay.  She makes lots of funny little noises and is very good at copying sounds you make to her.  

Playing the "bite the toy" game

She is not as prone to eat everything, but she does like to hold things in her mouth.  She usually puts a toy in her mouth and then scoots around with it.  She especially likes holding cups and bowls in her teeth to cover her face.

She loves to play games and is always trying to initiate play with Lailah.  She gets in her face and waves a toy around to get her attention, in hopes that Lailah with interact with her.  

She has a completely sweet and sincere personality and her pretty pout makes us all melt.  I could just eat her up (although she is pretty big, so I might be a little too full afterwards).
