Fashion Police

This is what happens when your 7 year old cousin dresses you:
Budding Fashionistas...or headed for the last page of Us Weekly???
In the words of Ruthie:
I like the penguin shirt.  The red skirt is for Lailah because she has red hair.  The black and white socks match because they look like the penguin's belly.  Tegan's legwarmers look like a pair of socks I have and the shirt is pretty.  I want them to wear skirts.
