The day I have been thinking about since before they were even born came and went in a flash. Tegan and Lailah are one!

We celebrated with a birthday themed around their favorite things: Balls and Balloons and Bubbles. The back yard with scattered with balls and balloons and we had our neighbors bubble machine blowing bubbles for everyone. To complete the theme, we had a meal of "round" food (meatballs, israeli cous cous, melon balls, etc.). There were quite a few people come to celebrate with us.

The girls seemed to have a wonderful time getting so much attention from everyone. They loved their cupcakes and especially loved being able to take a "pool bath" after eating them. It was a great celebration for two very special one year old girls.
