It wasn't even October and we hurried to our first pumpkin patch of the season.
We ventured out to one of the great big pumpkin patches in Half Moon Bay with our friends Jodi and Doug, who have kids around the same age as ours.

It was crowded...and certainly not the pumpkin patches of my childhood (read: empty lot with pumpkins in rows).

The kids had a great time on the hay ride, train ride, pony ride, bounce houses, feeding the goats and just enjoying the greatness of the day. We are already looking forward to another pumpkin patch visit soon...maybe the next time we will actually buy some pumpkins!
